3-YARD ROLL-OFF DUMPSTERS
The CWS 3-yard roll-off dumpster is ideal for small construction projects, one time clean-ups, or for tight buildings sites where a larger dumpster will not fit.
The approximate overall dimensions are: 6 feet wide by 4 feet deep by 5 feet high. This size dumpster is what is commonly seen in alleyways and behind apartment buildings and small businesses. The container is moveable by hand and can easily be rolled down a driveway.
Acceptable materials include: All types of Non-Hazardous Construction and Demolition (C&D) materials such as wood, metal, and plastic, drywall, green waste, cardboard, and household items that include small furniture and small appliances. "Inert" (meaning non-organic) materials such as concrete, dirt, asphalt, sand, brick, block, ceramic tile, clay tile, stucco (no wire mesh), plaster, etc. are allowed only in small quantities. Please contact CWS Customer Service to further discuss your exact needs.
If you have "Inert" materials for disposal, CWS suggests using three 1-yard dumpsters or one 10-yard (low-boy) dumpster. Examples of inert materials include concrete, dirt, asphalt, sand, brick, block, ceramic tile, clay tile, stucco (no wire mesh), and plaster.
Maximum weight limit is 750 pounds. Should your dumpster weight exceed 750 pounds, we may not be able to physically move it, thus incurring a "Trip Charge" as a result. Please view our Dumpster Tips page for more detailed loading instructions.
Rental Period: Flexible. Typically, seven days.
Street Use Permit: For those who intend to place a CWS dumpster on a right-of-way or public street, an official street use permit will most likely be required. These type of permits vary from city to city, so please contact your local municipality regarding requirements.
