10-YARD ROLL-OFF DUMPSTERS (LOWBOY)
The CWS 10-yard dumpster, at 21 feet long, measures more than 4 feet longer than most of our competitors' 16-foot-long dumpsters, holding up to 20 percent more. If comparison shopping, be sure to ask for dumpster dimensions to be sure the price is based on comparable sizes.
The approximate overall dimensions are: 21 feet long by 8 feet wide by 3 feet high. The CWS dumpster will typically fit in a standard residential driveway if street access is adequate. Note that our delivery vehicle measures as big as a cement truck, requiring a large, clear area to perform the intended service. Please contact CWS Customer Service to discuss access to your location.
Acceptable materials include: All types of "Inert" (meaning non-organic) materials including: concrete, dirt, asphalt, sand, brick, block, ceramic tile, clay tile, stucco (no wire mesh), plaster, etc. Should your 10-yard "lowboy" contain any non-inert material such as trash, plastic, wood, roots, or grass, an additional "contamination charge" may result. Maximum legal road weight limit is 12 tons or 24,000 pounds. Should your dumpster weight exceed the legal road limit of 12 tons, we reserve the right to refuse service. A "Trip Charge" will result and an additional "Overweight Fee" may be charged. Rental Period: Flexible. Typically, seven days.
Street Use Permit: For those who intend to place a CWS dumpster on a right-of-way or public street, an official street use permit will most likely be required. These type of permits vary from city to city, so please contact your local municipality regarding requirements.
