The CWS C&D Recycling facility is permitted and licensed by the State of California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB).

C & D waste material may be delivered to the facility from any location. Recycling of C&D waste is required in many municipalities.

In the next year, the City of Los Angeles will be adopting a mandatory C&D recycling ordinance that will require waste material to be hauled and processed by City of Los Angeles approved haulers and processors. As with other cities, a bond will be required before a building permit will be issued that guarantees compliance with the mandate. CWS is ready to manage compliance with the mandate on your behalf. We will provide, within 3 days and at no cost, a CIWMB approved Recycling Report, recognized by all municipalities, that will satisfy the bonding issue.

The CWS facility is the best choice to deliver your C&D waste material because of it's superior geographic location. We are located in the middle of 5 major freeways adjacent to the 110 freeway in Gardena. We have the longest hours of any facility in the lower Los Angels area and we are open Saturday and Sunday - rain or shine.
